Rosy Fynn leads Mastercard Foundation’s data-driven youth employment strategy in Nigeria.

Rosy Fynn currently serves as the Country Director for the Mastercard Foundation in Nigeria, where she leads efforts to implement the Foundation’s Young Africa Works strategy. With a career spanning telecommunications, consulting, financial services, and insurance, Fynn brings over a decade of leadership experience across Africa, the United States, and the Caribbean.

Award-winning business and change leader with over a decade’s executive level experience building and transforming organizations. Rosy’s experience spans across the technology, financial services, consulting  and insurance industries. She js passionate about mentoring young women to follow careers in STEM. She is currently the Nigeria Country Director for the Mastercard Foundation.
