Mr. Deji Alli

Deji Alli is a distinguished Nigerian investor, entrepreneur, and real estate developer. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mixta Africa, a leading pan-African real estate development firm, where he oversees strategic growth and large-scale housing initiatives across multiple African markets. Prior to this, he founded Asset & Resource Management (ARM) in 1994 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2014, transforming it into one of Nigeria’s foremost non-bank financial institutions. His leadership spans over three decades across investment management, capital markets, and corporate governance.

In 2024, he was appointed Chairman of ARM Holding Company, further cementing his reputation as a visionary leader in Nigeria’s financial sector. He is also the founder of the Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award (DAAYTA), an annual entrepreneurship programme that supports innovative young Nigerians with funding, mentorship, and capacity-building opportunities.
